4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 366jl account. 4.4 Account Verification. 366jl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time during the account lifecycle — not only prior to withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.
4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. 366jl may apply an administrative inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts once the inactivity period threshold is met, subject to a minimum balance cap. Players will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers and cryptocurrency, higher minimums may apply as displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposit Ownership. All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name or of which you are the legal account holder. 366jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated account reviewed for compliance.
5.4 Currency. The primary account currency on 366jl is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rate risk on cryptocurrency deposits is borne by the Player.
5.5 Deposit Processing. 366jl does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may charge transaction fees that are outside 366jl's control. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your 366jl balance within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfer processing times depend on the originating institution's clearing schedule.
5.6 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not appear in your 366jl balance within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your payment reference number. Do not attempt to repeat the deposit before contacting support, as this may result in a duplicate charge that requires investigation to resolve.
6.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on the Player's account. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documentation includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys card, driver's license, or passport) bearing the Player's full legal name and date of birth.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. 6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱200 for e-wallets and bank transfers. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on the Player's verification tier and are displayed in the Cashier section. 6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the pending bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each bonus.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Standard slot titles typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement.
