In such cases, 366jl will inform you of the applicable restriction and the expected retention period.
12.1 The 366jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino gaming in the Philippines. 366jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
